Francesca Cottone, LPC, NCC

Francesca is Certified in CBT for Anxiety & OCD and treats children, adolescents and young adults.

Francesca utilizes her clinical experience working in an integrated care delivery system to assist her clients in obtaining continuity of care from a mind-body wellness framework. In addition, Francesca has extensive experience offering children strengths-based coaching to mitigate adjustment issues associated with environmental stressors.

Amanda G. Melendez, LSW

Amanda is Certified in CBT for Anxiety & OCD and treats children and adolescents.

Amanda is passionate about working with children, adolescents and their families and believes that early interventions can be a key part in long-lasting care and sets them up for future success to handle life challenges. Amanda’s therapeutic approach emphasizes creating a non-judgmental space where collaboration occurs to meet the clients’ goals and lived experiences. She utilizes CBT, mindfulness, strengths-based, multicultural, and feminist theories to empower clients. Amanda has also found the use of art and play therapy to be beneficial to the therapeutic process for clients.

Demi Panagakis, MSW, CADC

Demi is Certified in CBT for Anxiety & OCD and treats children, adolescents and families.

Demi has performed both individual and group therapy for a wide range of clinical concerns such as anger management, anxiety, OCD, depression, emotional regulation issues and conflict resolution needs. She uses her humor, compassion and empathy to help empower and support her clients. Demi also has a love for animals and likes to incorporate animal therapy into her treatment.

Ryne Rubio, LPC, NCC

Ryne is Certified in CBT for Anxiety & OCD and treats adolescents and adults.

Ryne utilizes evidence based treatment modalities such as CBT and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help clients understand changes in their emotions while remaining grounded in times of stress. Ryne also emphasizes creating a space for clients that feels safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental for clients to feel as honest as possible. Ryne believes that in this space, clients are able to understand, de-construct, and re-construct associated thoughts and behaviors surrounding mental health concerns. Ryne is available to offer therapeutic services to individuals and families.

Maret Thorpe, LSW

Maret’s clinical background includes treating anxiety, depression and related disorders. She has clinical expertise assisting clients in managing life transitions, relationship issues, and work and academic stress. Maret aims to create a space where her clients feel safe, accepted, and supported as they develop new strategies for facing challenges. She uses a foundation of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with elements of solution-focused, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed therapeutic strategies to help her clients. Maret focuses on holistic healing, integrating client strengths, physical self-care practices and opportunities for supportive connections into treatment.

Olivia Walsh, LSW

Olivia is Certified in CBT for Anxiety & OCD and treats children, adolescents and adults.

Olivia’s clinical background includes working with both young and older adults, helping to address symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD and post-traumatic stress. Olivia draws primarily upon CBT and solutions-focused practices, always meeting clients where they are at. She sees clients as far greater than their symptomology or disorders and works to address the whole person, drawing upon each client’s strengths and resources. Olivia believes that therapy should be collaborative and brings her authenticity, empathy, and sometimes even humor to the relationship.

Dr. Anika Fonson, PhD

Dr. Fonson is Certified in CBT for Anxiety & OCD and treats children, adolescents and adults.

Dr. Fonson has a wide range of experience with Social Emotional Learning (S.E.L.) due to her background in psychology and her 26 years of teaching experience. Her areas of expertise include treating anxiety and related disorders, depression and ADHD. She provides empathy, compassion and emotional support while creating a treatment plan that is specific to the needs of each client, and enjoys helping clients overcome life’s different challenges.

Brooke Fadanelli, LPC

Brooke is Certified in CBT for Anxiety & OCD and treats adolescents, adults, and families.

Brooke employs an action-oriented approach, providing her clients with the critical skills they need to effectively manage their anxiety, depression and other life challenges. She strives to create a safe and welcoming environment for all clients to feel heard and validated in their experiences. Brooke believes that utilizing techniques from CBT and mindfulness can help clients better understand their symptoms and create long lasting positive change.

Mallory Cybulski, LSW

Mallory is Certified in CBT for Anxiety & OCD and treats children, adolescents and adults.

Mallory is certified in CBT for Anxiety & OCD and has completed the extensive clinical training program through the Center for Anxiety Training. She received her Master of Social Work from Tulane University, with a specialization in mental health, addiction, and the family. Prior to that, Mallory received her Master of Education from the University of Illinois Chicago and was a passionate educator before transitioning into the social work field.

Mallory is comfortable working with clients across the lifespan in a variety of different settings. She makes every effort to utilize trauma-informed care, DBT skills and strategies, and a variety of other evidence-based therapeutic modalities. She believes in taking a strengths-based approach to empower clients to partner with her in navigating the therapeutic relationship.

Mikayla Clary, MSW

Mikayla is Certified in CBT for Anxiety & OCD and treats children, adolescents and adults.

Mikayla has experience working with clients of all ages in a variety of settings, including inpatient and long-term care, and is trained in crisis management. Her therapeutic approach is strengths-based and utilizes CBT and mindfulness. Mikayla believes in working with clients collaboratively and allowing the clients to be a major part of their own success. She strives to assist clients in identifying and effectively working towards their goals while maintaining a warm and empathetic therapeutic environment.

Jess Garlow, LPC

Jess is Certified in CBT for Anxiety & OCD and treats children, adolescents and families.

Jess is passionate about creating meaningful, long-lasting change on the individual and family system level. She values creating a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to better understand their thoughts and behaviors and to apply the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). By working collaboratively, Jess helps clients identify and engage in useful coping mechanisms to make positive changes in their lives, decrease anxiety and enhance wellbeing. Jess emphasizes the importance of involving parents in understanding their child’s needs to be able to best support them outside of sessions.

Marat Kucherina, MA

Marat is Certified in CBT for Anxiety & OCD and treats children, adolescents and adults.

Marat has worked with families and clients of all ages, including utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis for children on the autism spectrum. He has advanced training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) for anxiety related disorders, and specializes in anxiety, PTSD and mood disorders. Marat believes in collaborating with clients so they are actively involved in creating and maintaining their treatment to regain control in their lives.

Ariel Marion, MSW

Ariel is Certified in CBT for Anxiety & OCD and treats children, adolescents and adults.

Ariel has worked with children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and older adults seeking treatment for anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder. She has experience in crisis intervention through hotline, shelter and outpatient settings, and has treated many survivors of trauma. Ariel has performed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), strengths based approaches, supportive psychotherapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and exposure therapy, which she incorporates into her everyday practice.

Siobhan Carey, LSW

Siobhan is Certified in CBT for Anxiety & OCD and treats adolescents and adults.

Siobhan aims to create a safe and brave space for clients to be seen and heard. Her approach is affirming and strengths-based, and she believes in collaborating with clients as they become experts in their lives. With tools like CBT, mindfulness, and a deep understanding of trauma, Siobhan helps clients examine their thoughts and behavior patterns, and identify opportunities for development. Siobhan has a unique background in athletics and yoga, and she offers clients space to explore their own mind-body connection in ways that feel meaningful to them.

Mallory Mack, MSW

Mallory is Certified in CBT for Anxiety & OCD and treats children, adolescents and adults.

Mallory has worked with individuals experiencing conditions such as anxiety, selective mutism, OCD, ADHD, depression, separation anxiety disorder, mood disorders, trauma, and intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorder, and down syndrome. She has also received training in positive behavioral facilitation, nonviolent crisis intervention, mindfulness, and has an active professional educator license. Mallory believes therapy is most successful when there is a strong client-therapist relationship and uses a client-centered therapeutic approach. She provides clients with a welcoming, safe, and non-judgmental space to work toward their therapy goals and improve their mental health.

Meghan Ringler, LSW

Meghan is Certified in CBT for Anxiety & OCD and treats young adults and adults.

Meghan believes that all people have the potential to harness the strength and power to overcome life circumstances, but it often takes a helping hand. Meghan’s therapeutic approach emphasizes collaboration and meeting clients where they’re at in their life experiences. Meghan utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and an overall strengths based trauma-focused lens, to best work with clients in their life contexts. Meghan uses humor, compassion, and empathy to empower clients not only in the therapy room, but in their daily life.

Courtney is passionate about helping people and has a client-centered approach that involves building a strong therapeutic alliance to create space for a natural healing process. With each client, Courtney will work to develop and achieve their individual goals and utilize their strengths to be successful.
